"Food was seriously good!!"
The food was really good!! The drinks came out nice and cold, which I always appreciate, and dinner tasted great too... no complaints here!!!

"Comfy ride, and I guess I worried for nothing"
I really enjoyed it. I thought it was going to be super packed, but I blame all the reviews I read for making me expect the worst. The seats were comfortable enough, and there was actually room to move around and take photos without constantly bumping into people. Overall, it was a nice, easy experience.

My first impression was that the guide really knew what they were doing and handled things professionally. Still, the overall vibe from the crew felt a little rushed, like they were just trying to get through it. "On time and super easy to plan"
i mean, booking through cityexperiences.com was painless. The schedule was easy to understand, the confirmation came through fast, and I wasn’t left wondering where to go or what time to be there.

The boat took off right on time, which I really appreciated because we had plans afterward. No waiting around, no confusion, just a smooth experience overall. I’d definitely use them again

"Boat felt a little gross"
I was disappointed with how the boat felt. The seats were sticky and worn out, which made the whole experience feel kind of uncomfortable and not very clean

I had a nice time overall, and the views really were beautiful. The staff was friendly too, which helped. But the boarding process felt a little scattered, like it wasn’t totally clear which line to be in or when we were actually moving. The boat also felt crowded, especially around the seating areas, and I kept noticing small things like people squeezing past bags and everyone trying to figure out where to stand. Not a bad trip at all, just not as smooth or relaxed as I was hoping it would be.

I booked a dinner cruise through cityexperiences.com, the whole process was straightforward. Picking the date and time was easy, and checkout didn’t drag on or make me jump through a bunch of extra steps.
The confirmation email showed up right away with everything I needed, which I appreciated. To be fair, that’s how online booking should work, but it doesn’t always happen, so it was nice to have it go smoothly without needing to call anyone. I’d use it again.

"Cancellation went okay, though it dragged a bit"
I had to cancel my booking, and to be fair, the refund did come through after a few days. Support was decent enough, though I kind of felt like I had to keep an eye on it more than I should have. Overall, it was handled well in the end

I had a good time overall, it was a nice trip and everything went smoothly. That said, the price felt a little high for what it was, I enjoyed it, but I’m not sure I’d say it was totally worth the cost
